IWCC Announces Arbitration Territory & Zone Change in 2015

Presently, all Collinsville & Belleville cases are set at the Collinsville hearing site. The Commission has been unable to reserve the Belleville location during the trial cycles. Please check this website or the IWWC website for any changes.
In addition,
- "Zone 4" in now New Lenox, Ottawa, and Kankakee, which is a new site.
- "Zone 6" is now Geneva, Wheaton, and Elgin, which is also a new hearing site.
- The updated Accident Location Table is available here.
All Chicago cases previously assigned to Zone 6 arbitrators will be reassigned to Arbitrators Bocanegra and Fruth. Other Chicago cases will be reassigned to balance out the caseloads of the arbitrators.
