Announces Appointment of Arbitrators

Governor Bruce Rauner has appointed Mr. Paul Cellini as an arbitrator for the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission. Mr. Cellini was formerly a staff attorney with the commission. Mr. Cellini brings 20 years of experience in workers’ comp law in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Cellini is a graduate of the University of Illinois and The John Marshall Law School.
Governor Bruce Rauner has [also] appointed Mr. Gary Gayle as an arbitrator for the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission. Mr. Gayle is the former Executive Director of the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission and brings nearly 35 years of experience in workers’ comp law to the position. Mr. Gayle is a graduate of the University of Missouri and the Chicago Kent College of Law.
